PRLS enhances supervisory skills through SDC

Policy Research and Legal Services (PRLS) recently concluded its participation in the highly anticipated Supervisory Development Course Track 1 conducted by the Human Resource Management Division. The comprehensive 5-day training program, held from June 5 to June 9, 2023, at the D&M Function Hall in Cotabato City, aimed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills required for effective supervision.

With an emphasis on leadership, communication, performance management, and problem-solving, SDC Track 1 presented a unique opportunity for PRLS and its members to enhance their supervisory competencies. Attendees engaged in interactive sessions, group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, all aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of the supervisory role and its impact on organizational success. Among the graduates are, Madani A. Sultan (LSO IV), Asmin P. Abdullah (LSO III) and Atty. Alianna Arnica A. Mambatao, RMT (LSO IV).
