PRLS Enhances Supervisory Skills with the Supervisory Development Course – Track 2

Policy Research and Legal Services (PRLS) recently completed their participation in the comprehensive Supervisory Development Course Track 2, facilitated by the Human Resource Management Division. Held from July 10 to July 14, 2023, at the CNX Resto and Travelers Inn, Cotabato City, this 5-day training program aimed to further strengthen the participants’ leadership abilities, decision-making skills, and team management capabilities. The course provided advanced techniques and strategies to effectively handle complex supervisory challenges and drive organizational success.

The SDC – Track 2 is tailored to individuals with prior supervisory experience, building upon the foundational knowledge gained in Track 1. By focusing on leadership enhancement, decision-making refinement, and team management skills, participants acquired the necessary tools to tackle intricate supervisory tasks and foster organizational growth.
