Policy Research and Legal Services (PRLS) recently engaged in the two-day “Basic Life Support Training last 28–29 Muharram 1445 AH | August 15–16, 2023, at Sir Bogs Function Hall, Gonzalo Javier Street, Cotabato City, conducted by the Medical and Health Division of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA).


The training focused on emergency care principles, an introduction to basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) usage, foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO) management, rescue breathing techniques, and the nuances of infant and adult CPR. PRLS participants were immersed in these crucial aspects, benefiting from hands-on demonstrations and insightful sessions led by BTA’s Medical and Health Division.

We congratulate Mr. Al-Raffy A. Harun from the Office of the Service Director (OSD), who received the “Best Infant CPR” award. This accolade underscores not only Mr. Harun’s dedication but also the overall excellence that PRLS members strive to achieve. Through trainings like these, PRLS continues to fortify its capabilities and uphold its commitment to excellence in all its endeavors.
