Nassef is the founder of BRLN (Bangsamoro Research and Legal Network), PHISO (Philippine International Studies Organization), DSRN (Decolonial Studies Research Network), and Co-IRIS (International Relations and Islamic Studies Research Cohort). He researches various policy, legal, and legislative matters about the Bangsamoro society while heading the Policy Research and Legal Services (PRLS) of the Bangsamoro Parliament and continues exploring decolonial knowledge sources as well as interdisciplinary research between Islam and International Relations.
The Office of MP Engr Don Arbison Loong JD CESE, with the support of the Policy Research and Legal Services (PRLS) of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA), conducted a seminar-workshop on “Converting advocacies into legislation for a progressive Bangsamoro” in Cotabato City on November 11-12, 2021.
